Individual accounts are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. This means that all transfers made to and from this account type must be made using a bank account held in the Account Owner's name.
Opening an account is simple:
2. It will ask you to verify the email address by confirming the OTP which is sent on your email.
3. Then proceed to "Settings > Verification" tab and fill in all required details.
4. Once done, you need to upload Identity documents like National Passport or Emirates ID or Driver's License and Address proof like Bank Statement or Utility Bill. (You need to upload the front and back side of your ID proof. For Indian users Aadhar card needs to be uploaded. Post which it will ask you to click a selfie for verification purpose.)
Once all the required details and documents are uploaded, your account will get verified within 24 hours.
For Corporate accounts which are offered for Business purpose and used by Legal Entities:
1. You will follow same procedure used by Individual Accounts but will also be required to submit additional corporate documents relating to registered company, shareholders etc.
We make every effort to process all verification requests in the shortest time possible. You will receive an email notifying you of the result once this has been done.
